Jointsiuenergyiu is a small mindfulness coaching studio located at 291 Broadway, New York, NY 10007. References to "we", "our", and "us" mean Jointsiuenergyiu. References to "you" and "your" mean any person who accesses the site or engages our services.

Our coaching is educational and reflective in nature. It is not a substitute for advice or care provided by a licensed healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your physical or mental wellbeing, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us. Prices listed on the website are in United States dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment terms are explained at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least twenty-four hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, related systems, or accounts of other users.
- Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content.
